I really want a yellow GT, but the search may be harder than I first figured..so I'm thinking, maybe I could find one a different color (any) for a really good deal, with all the extra's that I still want (Leather Interior, 5-Speed, Low Miles, ect...) and either paint it myself, or get it professionally done. I know how to paint, and have done it before..but I dont know if I have enough confidence in myself lol.

Anyways, if I did it myself, how hard is it to paint this body style? Would it be more effective to remove the windows, or just to tape around them? What has everyone else done and how was the outcome? I don't want no s*** paint that you can tell it was re-painted..

Second, if I got it done professionally, what would be an estimated total price for just a yellow paint with clear coat and all that. Doesn't need to be show quality, but at least as good as the stock paint job. Like I was saying before, I would want everything repainted (door jams, little pieces inside engine comp., ect) so you couldn't tell it was repainted.
