No, but im in germany and the gas they sell on base is watered down as it is. I wouldnt put the 87 in my car, no way.

I dont think you seem to understand... the fuel you are using could be causing MOST of your problems.

I understand what you are saying, but the armed forces overseas get the cheapest garbage fuel possible. using low level fuel is pretty much like pouring a bottle of water in your tank with every fill up. gas is too expensive to buy off base. i had a 1995 f150 with a 4.9 L6 (run on damn near anything) and it misfired and had a rough idle if i put the cheap **** in it. I (and most sensible people i know) completely refuse to use lowest level gasoline on base. I know i dont HAVE to run 105 in it, but im not using that garbage they sell.
