Rough Idle/Hard Starting/Dies

Rough Idle/Hard Starting/Dies
I am trying to figure out what is wrong with my 1991 mustang GT 5.0-
It is extremely hard starting, idles very rough and will die if I don't give it gas and if it does idle the idle jumps up and down and finally dies. runs great when you give it gas.
Here is what I have done to try and resolve the issue-
New Fuel Pump, New Fuel Filter, New Plugs, New Spark plug wires, New Rotor and Cap, New coil, New MAF (stock size), New TPS, New EGR, New IAB...checked vacuum leaks, can't find anything.... Still has the stock injectors (140K miles) it needs new O2 sensors.
Any suggestions? Fuel regulator? PIP? Bad vacuum leak?
Thoughts?
