Default 1995 Mustang GT Lurching and slight miss

It's a manual. Lurching/bucking in 1st/2nd gear (I'd like to say that it isn't a driver error). Has a slight miss at idle and through the RPM chain. I'm not sure what has been modified on the car (bought it about a month ago), but I'll try to answer what questions you have to the best of my ability. It was having more problems before, and I pretty much started throwing parts at it.

Here's what I've replaced so far:
IAC
TPS
MAF Sensor
Plugs & Wires
Cap & Rotor
Fuel Filter
Air Filter
U-Joints

A miss throughout the entire RPM band would be indicative of an ignition component failure.
With the list of parts you've replaced, the only items left are:

PIP (little module under the rotor in the distributor)
Coil
TFI is also a possibility, but less likely to fail on your vehicle, given that it's fender mounted instead of distributor mounted.

I'm too lazy/busy to find links, but I'm certain sbftech.com has writeups for testing all of them.

EGR valves with weak springs can also cause a lurching or herky jerky kind of motion in all gears. Might be worth spending a few $$$ on some diagnosis at a reputable Ford garage near you to stop tossing parts at it. Godd luck

So replacing the distributor and ignition coil pretty much fixed it. No lurching, no misfires, and thank god the bucking is gone.

Question though.. what should the fuel pressure be? It was testing around 30-32 KOER.. seems kinda low.

Still having some rough idle issues.. and I've already replaced most of the usual suspects. Got it out on the freeway today and she ran a little rough in 4th.. car was shaking a bit.. Exhaust sounds like it has a leak too.
