1995 5.0 NEEDS HELP!!!
My motor at idle runs great and anything over 2000 rpms runs great. When it is around 1500 rpms it misses out hesitates and just dogs out. I have replaced plug wires, cap and rotor, and have ran lucas oil fuel treatment thru it and it is still doing the same thing. Any suggestions to what it could be or any other troubleshooting tips would be appreciated.

plugs..... throw them away if they are platinum
if stick coppers than gap them down to about .038-.040"
if it fixes it..leave the gap small its probably a spark issue
if it doesnt , run a FP guage and watch it when it misfires...see if the needles gets stupid. if it does it is definitely a fuel issue

the needle jumping around could still be an ignition issue. the fuel pump is driven through the ECM by the PIP signal. The best way to isolate the difference is to make them independent of each other. This is done by running a 12v+ jumper to the inertia switch, and making the pump run full time (for testing purposes).
If the fuel pressure still flutters after you run the 12v+ jumper, you have a fuel issue. If the FP stays strong, its ignition related.

First off check for codes some are stored some will show up and spme might not set cel off
Check what adder said
Also check tps voltage egr vacuum and coil voltage I have had also had a bad ECM give me headaches and even had a burnt o2 wire that grounded to my exhaust
Just throwing some ideas out there to check
