Ok, seems to be one thing after another with my "baby". I inserted the driver's side door key today, and the lock just spun away! No resistance, didn't unlock the door... just spun in a full circle... what, if anyone knows, would cause this? There was no warning - worked fine, then next time I used it, it simply spun... power locks work fine....

The clip that holds the cylinder has broke. You will have to take door panel off to get to it. The clip will look like a flattened out horse shoe, available in just about any parts store.
