how did you bend the pushrods? you shouldnt just bend them somethings wrong

I agree with Quik. Is your valvetrain adjustable? If not then you should look into this better.
If you are using the stock pistons then you are limited on the size of lift and duration. Could have smacked the piston with the valve.

i know what i did and it was stupid but it has nothing to do with how the engine is operating. the pushrods were bent when the engine was not running.
