A little radiator help please

Don't bend the lines without an actual tubing bender, they will just kink and pinch. I'd pick up a flaring/cutting tool kit from your local parts store (under $20), a couple fittings, and a couple feet of new line (brake line works just fine) and make some steel extensions.
