have you checked the following
1. tire balance
2. have you changed brake rotors lately, if you have did you clean mating surface before install.
3. have you checked for a broken belt in one of your tires

check your harmonic balancer while the car is idling and see if it is wobbling at all. Also check if there is any rubber protruding from the back of it by feeling/looking behind it with the car off. A bad balancer can cause vibration issues and these would be signs it needs to be replaced

Drive the car at 70 in 4rth gear, then in 5th. Did the vibration change?
If so start looking between the clutch and the fan or anything in between. The problem is with engine speed.
If there is no change, check everything from driveshaft to wheels/tires.

My driveshaft was bent causing the same issue. A FRPP aluminum driveshaft cured my problem. Now it's smooth up to 145mph.
