starting issues
When i go into the garrage in the morning to start my car it starts up fine..but after driving it for a while and going to a 7-11 i will get back in my car and it really struggles to start..sounds almost like the battery is dead. it will do this all threw the day...but when i get in my car the next moring after it has been sitting there all night it starts up fine again. Anybody have any suggestions on what this could be.

RE: starting issues
Can be a fairly common problem with 5.0 cars having the starter so close to the exhaust. Get a heat insulation blanket and use it between the exhaust manifold (headers) and the starter. When your starter gets heated up, it takes more juice to crank it. The fact it starts fine when cold and is harder to start when it's been running for a bit (nice and warm/hot).
Try that first before you start getting batteries, solenoids, and a bunch of other stuff.

RE: starting issues
what he said^^^^^^^ and also it could be a poor ground, not allowing the starter to make a good contact so when you go to crank it, it only gets about 8vs instead of the proper 12 it needs to turn the starter over fast enough to kick the motor over ot fire
