so i've got the seat out, and have been able to take some of it apart so that i can reupholster, but I can not get the headrest out. the turn dial on the side, I have not been able to remove no matter what I stick in the hole. and there is that thing that pulls out on the lower cushion that I can't get removed, please help I've been trying for a week now.
