TF stage2 cam clear ported gt40P's?
Intake Duration at 050 inch Lift 224
Exhaust Duration at 050 inch Lift 232
Duration at 050 inch Lift 224 int./232 exh.
Intake Duration 293
Exhaust Duration 290
Duration 293 int./290 exh.
Intake Valve Lift 0.542 in.
Exhaust Valve Lift 0.563 in.
Valve Lift with Factory Rocker Arm Ratio 0.542 int./0.563 exh. lift
Lobe Separation (degrees) 112
I'm trying to make it happen with this setup. I have a Stage 2 sitting around otherwise I'd choose the stage 1.
MOTOR: OEM 89 Shortblock, gt40P exploder heads with unknown valve springs until cam is decided, 1.6 rockers, tmoss ported lower and downs ford upper. BBK long tubes, and other supporting mods, I am shooting for the 300whp mark with my setup.
Will this cam clear? And more importantly will it make more power than the one if i can fit it.
