Default can i swap my heat n radio location

So I got a 93 mustang. I have had it for a while now and I have been driving her more often recently. A while ago I had an indash nav system put in but now I am not liking how low it sits. Has anyone seen, done, know how, etc this can b done.... I would like to move my heat/ac controls to down to below the radio and bring the radio up to where the heat/ac controls r set to b.

While I have your attention.... my speedometer needle bounces between speeds so it is time for a new speedometer. Anyone know where i can find it?

Yes. It can be done. There's actually a plate made for it. They sell it on late model restoration.

Hm, I'm having trouble find it also. I know American Muscle used to sell it.

Thanks for the link. Now I either got to see if they make one that fits a double din radio (for my in dash nav) or if I could cut out the 3 blank holes for additional gauges to make it into a double din set up.
