Default Starters!

My pos starter is going out. It won't torque enough to start the car when it's warm.

I've heard something about the mini starters working on an auto, but not working on a 5 speed car, is this true? I've used my starter on the same car with 3 different types of transmissions. It bolted up fine every time.

Not too sure on brand, but I'm looking for something cheap atm. I turned to ebay & found these. Are they any good?
