you don't need a delete kit, just run a smaller belt. The back of the heads are threaded however I forget what size it is.

Run a shorter belt

remove tubes from the back of the heads and either pinch and roll them shut, weld them shut, or get the 5/8 plugs

remove the vacuum lines and solenoids from the passenger strut tower

Cap off the vacuum source at the intake

unplug the EGR valve

shove the 2 vacuum lines that go into the fender into them (no need to plug, one goes in and the other is an out so there is no vacuum once you disconnect the one line from the intake)

pinch or weld shut the tube on the midpipe that goes up to the air pump

as far as the lines that go to heads, just cut the hose under the air intake tube and stick a socket in the end and clamp it! works!! same thing for the hpipe! You will use the remaining tube to plug the hpipe and clamp it!!! that way you can convert back to smog without buying a new hpipe!

they are 5/8-11 thread. It will most likely be plugged up with carbon so you will have to clean the hell out of it and possible run a thread chaser in to clean it out.
