floor pan question

Default floor pan question

i have a 1993 gt vert and i just gutted the inside. my question is, do i need to get a new floor pan. it is the only rust hole on the car. also if i do, will a floor pan work? i am not sure where a floor pan starts and ends.the rust is on the passenger side at the front right before the footwell angels up. thanks for the help.
