Hey, I'm really confused about a problem i have with my 94 stang. I have replaced the plugs, plug wires, distributor cap and rotor arm. But when i am driving it the engine feels really hesitant and juddery and doesn't want the revs to go up at all. Feels slow sluggish and generally pants, with the 'check engine' light keep coming on and off. Then all of a sudden it clears, sounds great and engine feels really fast and strong, then after a while would go back to running rough.

Any ideas would be really helpful, thanks

i have the same problem on my 89 gt. i didnt replace the rotor and cap and stuff yet, but i read on a prevous thread that a guy had somewhat of the same problem as me ( missing at low rpms while cruising and whne you get on i as in flooring it, its fine) he replaced the coil/ignitor and he sad it was good after. i was going ot do it but hurricane katrina hit and i live in new orleans so when i get back i will give her a full tune up and replace that ignitor and see what happens. i couldnt take my car becasue we went all the way to dallas and i had no tires left (keke) so i left it home.. im onl 17 bw. so yeahi just went with my parents..

Just wondered do SN95 mustangs have a MAP sensor or not please? I heard that possibly the ECU has gone faulty... would this be likely, thanks mark.
