Do the rear calipers adjust by using the e-brake on the Mustangs like they did on the Lincolns? I never have done rear brakes on a SN95. The rear pistons on the Lincolns are threaded and when you engage the parking brake it adjust the pistons out to keep them adjusted, and must be threaded back in with a special tool when replacing the pads.
My 88 has rear drums so I'm not sure when Ford did away with the threaded caliper pistons.

the cable from the hand brake to that equalizer thing is missing.. thats why the e brake dont work

That still doesn't solve the problem of your car nose diving under braking.
