Default Junkyard parts swap info ????'s

I was curious on what cars I can swap parts from a bone yard into my 93 mustang gt? Here is what I need.
Fuel injection
Maf sensor
Gt 40 heads
Cobra manifold
AOD transmission
And Im sure the list will go on so any part swap info would be helpful! I am on a tight budget. For now anyways! Once Im not then I will go nut's w/ the aftermarket!

If you're planning on making enough power to need a forged crank, you'll need a different block too.
