I must not be getting something here. You all think the 2000 Cobra R is the fastest production stang ? Are you not counting the 2003 cobra ? I could be wrong but the fastest stock times ive seen for both the 2003 cobra wins everytime. Both times are in bone stock trim. </P>


2000 Cobra R --- 13.2 @ 110</P>


2003 Cobra --- 12.43 @ 113 mm&amp;ff oct 2002</P>

according to 5.0 mustang and super fords jan 04. Both cars were tested at the same time same day, i think that was perhaps the first time ever that it had been done</P>

'03 Cobra - 13.095 @ 110.82 mph</P>

The 03 cobra seemed to have been alittle quicker 0-50 but after that the cobra r was quicker</P>

yeah.... you stole it alright. I paid nearly 2k more than that. But the guy didn't wanna sell it, I had to basically pay him to sell it to me. I seen the car up on the mountain and just asked the guy what he wanted for it. He said he wouldn't sell the car.... I went home and said, "yes he will". Called his wife and made her the offer, she accepted. Damn wives! <IMG src=smileys/smiley4.gif border="0">
