Fitting a 1968 302 4v heads on a 1993 5.0 roller motor

If you must use those heads, get an adjustable pushrod and measure with it for the correct length.
Remove a valve spring and use a light spring with the adjustable pushrod as even a stock valvespring will be too much for the pushrod, it'll break it.
If you are going to use those heads (why?) you'll need to get a set of valvesprings for the cam, they are somewhat differant than the '68 springs........
