Default Cam options

Hey guys. My car is going in to the shop within the next month to get my engine rebuilt. During that time I'm going to have a cam put in. I've been looking at different cams and I think I've narrowed it down. I was looking at the Lunati cam. Duration 284/284 and lift is .488/.488. The other cam I looked at was the E303. Now the duration on the Lunati is longer but the life on the E303 is greater. So which of these two cams would be the best choice? Also, are there any other cams of the same "class" that would be worth concidering? Thanks.
