windshield whiper problem

hello im new to the site but i have a problem with my windshiled whipers they only work on high ive replaced the motor and it is still the same problem any suggestions?

just in case you don't know Mattdel is referring to the actual turn signal switch assembly

i replaced that and im still having the problem think it might be a bad ground?

There is a separate component called the interval governor, it controls interval timing and override. Not sure where it's located, but if you follow the dark green wire from the wiper switch, you'll find it. This is of course assuming you have a fox mustang, and not sn95. Telling us the year would go a long way.
