So in the past I had someone change out the Clutch and Pilot Bearing from my car as the clutch was completely gone! When I got the car back, it ran perfectly fine, I popped the clutch one time and the Pilot Bearing started squealing like crazy. I had it changed one more time, started working fine again, popped the clutch again and started squealing like crazy AGAIN. I know the obvious thing would be to "not pop the clutch" but I'm just trying to find out why this would be happening when I originally bought the car nothing would happen when I pop the clutch. I took it to a reputable shop here in my area and was told that it could possibly be the output shaft was tweaked at some level to cause the pilot bearing to be getting hit while the clutch is not pressed on. There is some play in the clutch, in which the play in the clutch only happened after it was originally replaced the first time and right after I popped it, if i press on the clutch so there is no play in it, the squealing goes away. Any suggestions to this issue?
