Sounds stupid but you triple check your torquing of pressureplate and flywheel? From what you are saying it is not the trans and the only other new pieces are flywheel/clutch! teardown time!

I know I torqued it right. I just have a feeling it's the new flywheel. I'm going to have to tear it all apart again and put my old flywheel back in. I had my old one re surfaced only 7k miles ago so it still looks really good. I'm just bummed out right now.
