Default car not running on all cylinders.

the car will start up and idle fine, at least some of the time. once you rev it up it just seems like it drops a cylinder or two. one plug was fouled, so all new plugs and we checked the wires. firing order is right. what could this be?

Was it running fine before? Did this just start happening?

it had been running fine, maybe a little rich. this just suddenly happened. were thinking maybe something to do with an injector or fuel rail. I just do not want to tear in to it without a few ideas.

focus on the cylinder with the fouled plug, use a insulated plier, and pull the plug wire off while car is running and see if you can notice a change in rpms, if none is noticed make sure you have a working plug, if plug is good, do a compression test on that cylinder and go from there.

Plugs and wires all look to be good, but looks like I have some more things to check. Were going to try and dig up an injector to swap out and see if that helps, if not compression test should be next. I still need to put a new connector on so I can check my codes too, because I'm sure that would help quite a bit. Thanks for your help guys.

Compression tests FIRST. Why throw parts(injector) at it? Check codes first...
