A tip the T5 is weak, if a new manual is your plan don't go with T5. If you want a solid cheap transmission T56 out of a LT1/LS1. If not that just order a nice manual that can handle a beating and power. You can build something like a g force rebuild kit, and if you're doing a T5 I would suggest that before you put it into a mustang.
That's my opinion, if you're remaining stock I guess nothing wrong with a T5. I just think they're weak transmissions in factory form.

I'm right in the middle of a T5 swap now, just pulled aod out last night. That's one heavy tranny, take your time lowering it. Do a search for T5 swap, alot of info, but the best was the step by step instructions from West Coast web sight, find that, its step one. Good luck.

Different driveshaft
the SN95 is 5/8' difference in length. When I did my 95 vert, I had to have the Drive shaft changed. I think the shaft needs to be shortened. Been 12 years since I did it, but it was not too technical if you have all the right parts. I got my parts from ebay before it went expensive for mustang parts.
