shock tower 90 GT

New member here. Should have joined before i bought my car. Got the car home today and discovered the rust on my shock towers. It is in the engine compartment at the seam it was dirty in there and i didnt see it. There is some solid spots but it is there. Now what to do. Im a little freaked out. Any advice would ne great.
