Im trying to remove my tranny (C4) The tranny grenaded and now the converter wont come loose from the flexplate. And yes Ive removed the 4 nuts on the converter studs.

Ive tried pry bars and lubricant but she wont budge.

Any tricks or tips? I dont care if converter or flexplate gets damaged. Im going back to manual.

Smack it with a BFH.

Try and get a prybar up near the center where the splines are, then use a hammer on the prybar. 1 good solid whack should be all it needs, if it's stuck beyond that then you'll probably have to cut the bell of the C4 and get more leverage.
