Default internal engine noise

Hi guys im new here and looking for a little help. I have an 88 gt and am finishing up a 347 swap. It is a scat stroker kit with kp hyper pistons. comp camshaft and valvetrain kit with crower 1.65 rockers. motor is fuel injected and mass air converted.
The problem I am having is when the motor starts and runs for about 15 seconds there is a noticeable squeaking from the engine, the best i can describe it is similar to a bad pulley. the noise does not seem to change as rpms increase. i have spent 2 days trying to figure this out with no solution.
The pushrod length is correct they are 6.4in length and ride the center of the valve as they should. There is no knocking or ticking noise. preload is 1/2 turn past zero lash. the motor holds 50 psi oil pressure at idle.
Any ideas are much appreciated

yes, the noise is unchanged with belt off. also went over all the vacuum lines thinking it may have been a whistling from a loose or disconnected one and they were all good.

electric fan wired to turn on at preset temp. noise comes with fan off. oil is all clean no shavings in it. i am thinking maybe pilot bearing? just hate to pull the trans back out and that not be the problem but really sounds like the noise is from the back of motor trans area.

Throw out bearing if a stick? Push in the clutch and see if it goes away.
