I said that because 99% of the people here have reported no noticable milage differance wwhen they went from a 3.73 to a 4.10. In fact most peoples milage goes up in town and drops about 1 or 2 mpg on the highway, if you can't afford a 1 or 2 mpg drop, then you are driving the wrong car. There is also only about a 200 rpm differance at 75 mph between the two. Beleive it or not some of us here have owned a few cars and done a few things to them and can give advice from experiance and not what we heard/read somplace. You do realize you have a nice overdrive 5th gear right? The notion that 4.10's are some extreme gear comes from the old timers in the 60'and 70's when cars had either a 4spd or a 3spd auto.
