Is My TPS Bad?
I got KOEO code 23 "tps signal out of range". Tried messing with the tps. It was at 1.93v when i first tested it. The highest reading i got was 2.04v and the lowest i could get it to was 1.75v +/-
All tested at closed throttle. Is it time to buy a new tps? If so, how much will it run me?

Most vehicles, @ idle(closed throttle), anywhere from 0.4v to 0.9v
As long as the full sweep from idle to WOT is nearly exactly 4 volts, it doesn't matter much, but it can't be over 1.0 @ idle otherwise you'll pop a code, because the input voltage is 5v, so if you start over 0.9v, at WOT you'll be maxed out on voltage and the ECM won't be able to figure out the correct fuel compensation.
