my 88 gt dash lights and consoll light went out, fuse is good could dimmer switch be bad, it will still turn on dome light previously when i moved the dimmer switch dash lights would blink and sometimes go out.

very good chance it could be your switch going out as they are known to do so, but I would check your fuses again. Don't even bother with the manual take my word for it that it will take you less time to just get down and pull/inspect each fuse then it does to try and figure out which one might be correct according to the manual. I always liked to check the manual after I found a blown one to see what it listed that fuse being hooked up too and 9 out of 10 times the fuse listed had nothing to do with the problem I was having.
