I really think it is a bad idea to paint your intake. You will in fact loose power due to intake tract heat retention. Think of it this way 1/8" of scale retains heat as well as 5" of steel. Paint doesn't do much better. If you bound and determined to pull that thing off and paint it,at least spend a few hours gasket matching and match porting. That stuff anybody can do with a round file and some time.

if you must have it power coated as well you can even have it done in clear that won't yellow
