Default MAF help ordered new injectors

So im about to switch to 24lb injectors to compliment my h/c/i an i know if i were to change injectors i wouild need to change the MAF, So i was researching an i think from what i found i should be able to reuse my MAF just change the sample tube? I got a CL102 C&L CALIBRATION TUBE 24lb 73&76mm. BLUE. im hoping i could just switch out the sample tube from my stock MAF an put the injectors in like bam it should work or no? : ) uhg im thinking now tho (after i already ordered both the 24lb inj an this sample tube thing) that my stock MAF isnt a 73/76mm right? think they're 55-60 mm? so does that mean ima have to go buy a dam larger maf housing but still reuse my sensor or? any other model/type cars have a maf sensor / housing i could use??

well, if you have the h/c/i, you would benefit from a larger maf

I believe that the calibration tube is supposed to work in conjunction with the C&L 76MM MAF kit. It's a nice kit. I have it on my car. Pretty much replaces a cold air intake also. I dont think it'll work with the stock unit.

So i already got a cold air intake (fenderwell mounted) So i dont want to get a whole kit...i was hoping i couldv just got that sample tube an changed the stock one out my maf housing an pretty much reuse as much as possible (sparing no expense in my build has got me broke! lol) Sooo00 basically i need to get a bigger housing im checkn ebay right now an looks like theres some at a decent price... would either of these work?
So im looking on ebay and theres a bunch of maf's most are off of 4.6 DOHC mustangs but say they will work on 5.0s
either of these ok to use?

http://www.ebay.com/itm/80mm-MAF-87-...5d7b9e&vxp=mtr

http://www.ebay.com/itm/OEM-STOCK-FO...a20a58&vxp=mtr

And i mean really i could just go to a junk yard an find a 4.6 dohc stang to get the maf out? or what about explorers? i know 96+ explorers got the gt40s did they come with upgraded maf an injectors to?
