Default 95 ho camshaft timing

I have installed a new camshaft: Steeda 19/ made by crane in my 95 rebuild.
I am using 1.7 rockers. What timing spec should I use?
0 degrees
4 degrees +
4 degrees -
It is set @ 0 degrees, should I change it?

you should follow the specs on the card and set it where the specs fall on the money, only sure fire way is using a degree wheel, any other answer advocating 1 of the 3 choices is wrong unless verified by a degree wheel
