running at high rpm's

RE: running at high rpm's
While the car is running go and unplug the IAC (cilindrical thing adjacent to the TB). If the idle drops you have an electrical, computer or sensor problem. If the idle stays there the TB might be dirty and causing the throttle plate to hang open or the IAC is stuck open. If the latter is the case try removing the IAC and cleaning it, if it doesn't help you may need a new IAC.
Tell me what happens.

Im having the same problem, its usuallly after Ive done a burnout or been up near 5 grand. Then it just sticks. I have to rev it 3 or 4 times before it goes back down, Ive jus left it becuase Im thinkin of just buying a new tb.
