Default Starting to get the feeling this car doesn't like me...

So, after my near death transmission explosion, the car is back on the road with a fully built T5 from foxbodyperformance, a ford racing aluminum driveshaft, and new clutch, flywheel, and pressure plate. The car started and ran and shifted beautifully save for a few things.

I took off my hurst shifter to use a Pro5.0 one I had and well, the Pro5.0 is very sloppy. It moves around a lot while in neutral while the hurst one didn't. Also at high RPM's it vibrates immensely to the point where it sounds like the car is falling apart.

Another thing is I can't find flippin' crossmember bushings anywhere. Do you have to buy a new crossmember to get them or something? I tore the **** out of mine when I took them off the car so new ones are very very necessary currently. Any ideas?

And as for a little update today, I was driving home from a long day at O'Reilly Auto Parts, being the closing manager and all. As I drive, I start hearing a high pitched whine coming from the transmission tunnel. I drive and no matter the RPM's or speed, the whine stays the same until I start slowing down where it'll quiet until I stop.

After a little driving, I hear a crack and the sound of metal falling as the red AMP letters come up and my battery gauge drops. Pull into a gas station and my damn alternator bolts just sheared right at the head. WTF causes that? Specially since all I was doing is cruising at low RPM's?

Anyways, I let the car cool and limped it home since I figured that was my whining sound but no, no it wasn't. The whine persisted with the car having no belt. The whine even persisted while just coasting with the engine off and the transmission in neutral. Any ideas what this could be? Could it be a wheel bearing? Or maybe something is wrong with the tranny? I put in Synchromesh by Penzoil in it. Is it possible this fluid isn't compatible? I need answers. D: This car is flippin' killing me. It definitely has no love for me. -_-

well Ive never heard of the altrnator bolts shearing off before. How tight was the belt?
The Whining could be tht TOB does it do it sitting still with the clutch in or out or is it just while moving.
are these the bushings you are referring too

Only does it while moving. And yep those are the bushings. They'll fit into the stock crossmember, correct? And what is TOB?

Throw out bearing. Check to see if your parking brake cables are rubbing your driveshaft. That would definitely make a whine.

Ok. Bushings are ordered. And why would my driveshaft be touching the parking brake cable? Oh well, I'll check anyway. If it is, what do I do to remedy this?

Aluminum driveshaft is wider diameter than the stock steel one. If it is routed properly it shouldn't rub, mine doesn't. But then again I don't have stock brakes on the car.
