yea, plus all yuve got to do is turn i the jets and youve got power and mileage. turn em out, and power rules. i done it. drops to about 10 mpg, but itll break your neck.

yeah but how much power are we talking about here? 5-7hp i know its not going to be anymore than that, why spend the money on a new carb when your looking for heads and cam, you will need a bigger carb then, my dad ran an 850 on a 302, 12.5 comp pistons, .514 lift, 318 duration, 94over lap, with shelby hipo heads, and shelby intake manifold, anything less of a carb and it did not run right. that was still a 302. so if i was him i would not spend the money on a new carb.

its kinda funny when ppl tell me its only a few screws. then if theyever saw what a real carb tuner does they are dumbfounded.

so much more to a carb then just the screws. so many things can be changed to get a good running carb. personally i would rather let hte ECM tune it and me worry about going fast and getting good MPG

tune a carb for one day and its not the same for the next. weather plays a role on a carbs performance unless you got a out of box stock replacment style carb
