Engine Codes 113 & 157, Need Help
I have a 94 gt that I bought a couple months that has basically ran like crap since I bought it. It basically has no power after 2,800 to 3,000 rpm and has quite a bit of random hesitation. It will rev out past that, but just doesn't go anywhere.
I have already changed the head gaskets (which were shot and there was terrible carbon build-up on the pistons that I cleaned off) and put rebuilt heads on it. I have also changed the fuel pump, spark plugs, 02 sensors, distributor, coil, cap and rotor, maf sensor, iat sensor, and the computer.
After changing all these things I still have the same issue. I ran the scanner for the ignition on, and engine off test and got codes 113 - IAT sensor is/was high or open and 157 - maf signal was low or grounded. I tried to run the engine on test, but the scanner turns off before the test is completed strangely. I find this super frustrating because I have been working on these cars pretty religiously for eight years now, but can't figure out why this thing still runs so bad. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

have you checked your cats man? if your o2 sensors were bad and everything else it could be that, or maybe a vaccume leak. or you could possibly have an intake leak, ways to check or using smoke through your hoses.
