Default Oil pan problems

I thought I had the right pan for a Windsor/Fox swap... but now I'm not so sure. My part number is 92TY, I looked it up and it looks like its for a 92 model Windsor, T for truck, but then the Y means its a service replacement part for Lincoln/Mercury, I'm assuming for a Grand Marquis with a 351. Since it's a replacement part for a car, does this mean that it will work? Or will it not clear my crossmember?
