Default Need help with coilovers

Ok I have a 93 notch with tube k member,arms and coilovers, The car is 2800lb with a 302. I need the best coilover spring rate I can have for the track and street. I have 14-175 now and thay are way to stiff, Can somebody help me. Thanks chris

i just did D&D full tube K member along with coils

i had the 175s but car is light like yours so i went with 140s with my 90/10s. it sits nice and has some bounce to it. as for driving i dont know cause my motor is being parted out

you can try 150s. i would of went 150s but LMM only had 140s as the next step

14' for both rates. i can fit about 3fingers in between my 235/55/16 [26' tall tire] and my wheel lip. its a nice ride height. probably will sit alittle lower if i had the complete motor together

tried 150 still no good, going with 120 i hope it works.

you must have binding i wouldnt go anylower then 140s for any type of street driving. you might of tightned up the A arms to much
