Although none of the parts interchange. the 351C did use the same motor mounts and bell housing as a 302/351w. the heads will bolt onto a 302 (boss 302) or a 351w (aka cleveor) with modification to the water passages. It has the same bore spacing as a SBF.

Is the 351 cleveland one of the FE engines? I can't remember if it was the 351c or 352 that was. There was 5.8 litter FE engine, I just can't remember which one it was.
