Default Clock dash pod and convertible amp and speakers

hey guys I'm sure the clock pod has been answered and I'm on mobile so I can't search so please forgive me. What should I check for if I want to fix it? I know it could be a bulb, but is there a fuse? Now the speakers, I've got rear speakers and they don't play neither do my front tweeters, someone put Aftermarket ones in the front doors though. My top used to leak near the rear window and I saw water spots by my amps, do you guys think it shorted and just blew a fuse? That's my optimistic guess, where is the fuse for your amps anyways?
