Default Which timing cover gasket do I get?

On Rockauto there are 2 different Felpro timing gaskets. One is Sleeve N Seal and the other is without. What does this mean? What is Sleeve N seal?

w/o Sleeve 'N' Seal®; Eng. w/one-piece oil pan Gasket. must be used w/OS 34508R; Water pump to plate gskts. not incl.

FEL-PRO Part # TCS45450 Timing Cover Set w/Sleeve

part # TCS45449. You do not need the sleeve n seal unless there's a groove worn into the damper snout. Save yourself the extra $10. My damper/crank were brand new, so no need to worry about it. If you live close to an O'reilly Auto, thats where I got mine
