Ok. Here's the video of my issue along with bad gas mileage. I've replace about all ignition components except the MSD billet distributor. Also, excuse the exhaust rattle. The rubber isolators tore.

The way that tach jumps like that I would almost think you have a cracked vacuum line or your map sensor is going bad.

I've been told this before. The vacuum line that goes to the MAP sensor does look a little suspect and judging by the fact that it has the original metal band around it, I'm guessing it's original. I'll try to replace that tomorrow and see what happens.

its right under your thermostat housing, its under the radiator hose. very simple.
