Default engine rebuild
oh no i suck again! well i found out what my problems are. the main bearings are shot. sucks to be me lol. im just gonna rebuild and replace all internals while it is out. gonna be a long process for me cuz i have no clue how to do this lol. im just gonna take it apart and pay close attention while i do so i can see how it all goes back together.

hey, check out the back part of the FRPP catalog. it has a TON of specs on all the ford engines. might have some on how to rebuild too.
