So all this happened because you decided to install a TB with a larger bore than the intake?

What exactly did you think you were going to gain HP wise... it's not like the larger TB was going to push more air through the small stock intake bore? In fact, the turbulance it would cause would actually DECREASE hp.

If I had my "Picard Face Palm" pic handy, this would be the place to post it.
