fuel pump making small whinning sound...
it makes a small whining sound now and then I get code 95-Fuel pump secondary circuit failure. The EEC senses infinite resistance to ground from the fuel pump on the Fuel Pump Monitor circuit.
How do I fix or check this problem, could this be whats causeing the car to run lean?
