Default Some good and bad news?

Well, just recently at the local Foxbody Performance shop, my local Street Stangz chapter had a dyno day. My car made 244hp and 288ft lbs to the wheels at 4000rpm. While that's all good and such, there were some problems that I wanted to ask about. First watch these videos.

The pulls were from second gear. As you can see, it doesn't sound too great and also really didn't start really revving up fast until 2600rpms. Only real mods is a shorter belt and ported GT40p heads. Am I overthinking things or is there something wrong? Also, during the first run, liquid came out of the exhaust pipe and it was a dirty milky brown in color. My fox and another fox that made only 193hp did this same thing. What is this? Should I be concerned? It didn't do this during the second run but it still did smoke up near the rear of the motor near the headers. I'm starting to think my exhaust manifolds may be cracked somewhere.

Also, while driving, my tach likes to jump randomly and sometimes while starting it, it'll jump all the way to redline and then jump a little until it settles at where the car is idling. The car idles fine, just the tachometer is being wonky. What could this possibly be?

Then a misc problem is that my driver window rolls up in stages. It'll roll up until a certain point where it'll make a noise like it's jammed somewhere until I wiggle the window and then it'll go up to get stuck at another point. Then when I get the window up all the way, I can hold the button down and the motor will still try to push the window up. What is the problem here?

And lastly, my driver side front wheel is constantly bottoming out. If I hit a bump at speed, it'll bottom out and hit the fender liner along with if I'm making a hard turn. I've changed the ball joints, tie rods, and shocks. Is there something else I'm missing? And also, if I turn on my high beams for 20minutes or more, my headlights will shut off completely and won't come back on for some good time but I can pull the turn signal switch back and hold it and the high beams will stay on no problem. Is the switch going out or could there be a wiring issue?

I think that's all the questions I have currently. If there's anymore questions I forgot, I'll edit the post. Thanks for reading. Here's some music for y'all's ears. 2012 Boss 302. Made 379hp and 390ft lbs on regular key and 388hp and 396ft lbs on the red key.

Ummm, Ok, I'll start . You got some problems. First 244rwhp with just heads doesn't sound to bad, but at 4000 rpm??? And are you sure they did the pull in 2nd gear? They usually use 4th gear for pulls I thought. Something that gives close to 1:1 ratio. And the liquid out the exhaust …… being from Arizona, you sure it wasn't condensation. lol

Im thinking maybe the brownish liquid is probably a condensation/rust mixture from inside the pipes

I'm guessing it probably could've been. It was a cold day. I was just wondering if it could be cause for concern.

And yes, at 4000rpm. The power band is pretty wonky. I just noticed the videos aren't working so I'm putting them on photobucket. SHould be fixed in a min.

Asked the guy. It was fourth gear. Guessing this is really all I can ask for then? It's just that the powerband seems weird. I don't have a really noticeable pull until 2800rpms.

Just a little mismatch of parts, stock cam and better heads that want to breath more. They probably start working together at that rpm. Its the 4000 rpm that's weird, should be higher.
